This page explains the general rules that apply to every casino bonus and promotion we offer at 1King. The rules described here form the shared framework that sits underneath those specific terms. We recommend reading both sets of terms before you claim a bonus.
 

ONE BONUS PER ACCOUNT

Our bonuses and offers are limited to one account per person, per e-mail address, per phone number, per shared device or IP address, and per payment account. Opening more than one account from the same household or device does not let you claim the same bonus twice. This rule keeps our promotions fair for every player.
 

MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS AND BONUS ABUSE

Creating more than one account from the same device or household IP address, alone or together with someone else, to claim the same bonus is treated as bonus abuse. If we detect this, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings tied to it, and close the account involved. This rule exists to protect the majority of players who use our promotions honestly.
 

HOW WAGERING REQUIREMENTS ARE SET

We do not publish a single fixed wagering multiplier that applies to every bonus at 1King. Instead, each promotion carries its own wagering requirement, shown clearly at signup or on the relevant promotion page. We recommend checking this figure before claiming a bonus, so you know upfront when you will be able to withdraw your winnings.
 

ACTIVATING A BONUS AND ITS EXPIRY DATE

Every bonus carries its own deadline for activation, use and wagering. Once that deadline passes, any unused bonus balance is reset to zero. To activate a deposit bonus, you typically enter the code stated in the promotion description or select the relevant package at signup. In some cases, you may need to log in at least once before using the code. We recommend checking these steps on the relevant promotion page before you activate a bonus.
 

GAME CONTRIBUTION RATES

How much a game contributes to your wagering requirement depends on the game type. By default, slot games count 100% of your stake toward wagering. Some games may be excluded from this calculation; any excluded games are listed in the relevant promotion's description. Where a different contribution rate applies to a game type, that is announced separately as well.

PLAYING WHILE A BONUS IS ACTIVE

While playing with an active bonus, you cannot postpone a round, a free spin, or a bonus game to a later time. You need to complete play in its natural sequence. This keeps the wagering process transparent and consistent for everyone. Placing roughly equal bets on opposite outcomes to generate turnover with minimal real risk also does not count toward meeting a wagering requirement; your bets need to reflect a genuine intent to play.
 

BONUS CANCELLATION OR EXPIRY

When a bonus expires, or when you or we cancel it, any uncompleted winnings tied to that bonus are removed along with it. If you hold an active bonus, we recommend keeping an eye on its wagering deadline. If you have a question about the timing or conditions, feel free to ask us before you use the bonus.
 

REAL BALANCE VERSUS BONUS BALANCE

Once you activate a bonus, the bonus amount sits in your account as a separate balance. When you place a bet, your real balance is used first, followed by your bonus balance. Winnings generated from the bonus balance cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met. Once wagering is complete, any remaining bonus balance moves into your withdrawable balance and becomes available like any other funds. This split lets you see at all times which amount falls under which rule.
 

COMBINING PROMOTIONS AND ELIGIBILITY

Unless clearly stated otherwise, one promotion cannot be combined with another, and only active accounts in good standing can benefit from promotional offers. If your account is suspended or closed for any reason during a promotional period, the related promotion entitlement is cancelled along with it. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses cannot be used on, or contribute to, any progressive jackpot; if this occurs, the related bets and winnings are considered void.
